Who would win in a UFC and boxing match?
I personally think that a boxer would win a boxing match and a MMA would win a UFC fight. This seems to be a big topic since Mayweather started trash talking. I think that its like comparing apples and oranges. One thing a think Dana White said which is wrong is that UFC fighters are better athletes.

Answer: I happen to love both boxing and MMA. And agree with you that a boxer should be able to beat an MMA fighter if you limit him to only boxing. In an MMA fight I would have to give it to the UFC guy. Mayweather is very ignorant. In boxing no matter how fast you are your opponent can still grave and clinch you... and thats all an MMA fighter needs to take you down to ground and pound!
I love boxing, but I compare it to checkers because it has most boxing strategy has already been defined, and MMA to chess because the possibilities in a fight seem limitless. I will continue to support boxing, but I know its time is ticking.
To answer your question regarding the matchups I like the boxer to win doing what he has done all his life, and I like the UFC guy to win via ground and pound.

Answer: The Klitschko's can be legitimately accuse of cherry picking in my opinion. Just look at their reaction to the whole Haye- Chisora thing. First of all they sit back and let it happen then they start complaining about both guys being banned. Chisora caused Vitali a few problems so they are happy if he and Haye are banned and they can fight cruiserweights as you say. It would apear one brother likes to "soften" a boxer up for the other brother, if one brother doesnt "soften" up a guy enough then they make excuses for the other brother not to fight that guy.
Why did they never fight Valuev? Why dont they fight tall guys (generally)?

It has been said its not their fault this has been a weak heavyweight division for a while, on the basis that Derek Chisora having lost 2 of his last 3 fights (before facing Vitali) was the best opponent they could get then I agree it is a weak division. Only thing is Chisora was not the best they could have got and this is typical of the Klitschko brothers trying to make things seem otherwise.

Answer: Matt Skeltons supposedly been getting a world title shot at the end of the year for the past three years. Frank Warren told Skelton he would get him a title shot if he beat Sprott, but the fight was so dull he said he probably wouldent be able to get him one now. I wouldent fancy his chances against any of the current champions hes too one dimensional.

Answer: The only way that prevented David Haye from any of the Klitschkos was David Haye himself. Any of the Klitschkos are just itching to spank Haye anytime anywhere. He backed out the first time the fight was set didnt he? And didnt he just retire? Duh!
Personally, I dont think there is a need for a rematch with Wlad. He could have whacked all of Wlads toes with a sledge hammer, and the result will still be the same! Wlad was just way too skilled for him. Haye giving that broken toe excuse just made him a much worse loser. Dont you just hate it when a fighter during the prefight conference talks endless garbage about what he is gonna do with the other guy, and how better he is, and how he has been in the best shape of his life, then when he loses he comes up with a broken toe excuse during the postfight conference and say he wasnt in the best shape that night? Come on! De la Hoya did nothing but brag that he felt good at 147, that he rejuvinated his power and speed, and how he was gonna take away mannys heart, but when he got smoked, thats when the excuses kept pouring in. If you dont believe you are in your best, Why take the fight?

Should one of the Klitschkos have fought Valuev?
Whilst Valuev was active he was WBA heavyweight champion for a few years,he was also the largest heavyweight champion ever (I think).During this time both Klitschko brothers were active.
Valuev was not the fastest or most technically sound boxer but his size alone meant he would not be bullied and you could not lean on him etc to tire him.
Now the Klitschko brother have all the belts they deem Mormeck to be the best available opponent in the heavyweight division. I am therefore asking if Mormeck is the most legitimate opponent out there for them why was Valuev never considered?
Answer: Yes should have happened and yes good old Nicky V was the biggest champion in boxing history. But don't put the blame on the Klitschkos, the blame for this one lays at the feet of Valuev and his promoters notably Don "Evil Bas---d" King.
Now I'm not privy to the inner workings of the Valuev camp however, most fans of the heavy division know that Valuev was remarkably sheltered and won several controversial decisions, including against Ibragimov (sp), Ruiz and Holyfield while the Klitschkos were demolishing top ten fighters. While doing that they weren't giving King a dime since the brothers self promote, despite the Klitschkos calling for a fight (in fact Vitali was still calling for one a few months ago) it never happened. This is because A. Don king didn't want to loose the last part of the HW title he controlled and B because Valuev had to know that if he couldn't beat an aged Holyfield, or John Ruiz or even Sultan he stood no chance against a Klitschko brother.
Is Mormeck the best canidate for a fight against Wladimir?
No Alexander Povetkin (sp) should be fighting him but he's been ducking Wlad for upwards of two years, for similar reasons.
Why was Valuev never considered?
As I said above he was but he ducked the Klitschkos.

Answer: No he isn't a ducker, people are afraid to fight him for a number of reasons. Reason number one is that when Klitschko beats you he makes you look terrible while he's doing it which can really damage a guy's future prospect. But he is actually willing to fight all the top guys they don't want to fight him

Answer: He's got no chance, the world champion is 4 years younger, 6.5 inches taller and 13kgs heavier than the French "challenger" and he's too skillful with the jab and finding range.

Mormeck is 5 foot 11 inches tall, a PERFECT opponent for Wlad, who would just stick his jab in Mormeck's face all fight long and keep him at bay. Mormeck will be knocked out sometime in the early or middle rounds. He has nothing to hold off Wlad. Nothing.
